Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and provide professional product consultations.
• Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Prepare quotations and explain financing, insurance, and trade-in options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
• Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and financing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license.
