Job Purpose

The Organizational Development Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness by contributing to organization design, job architecture, total rewards, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support organization design and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage job architecture and organization structure-related activities.
  • Provide support for total rewards initiatives, including salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and market data evaluation.
  • Support culture and employee engagement initiatives, including survey analysis, action planning, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects, engage with stakeholders, and prepare professional presentations and reports.
  • Work effectively with data, HR policies, and organizational structures to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design, or a similar HR function.
  • Experience in Performance Management is highly preferred to support business continuity and provide backup coverage when required.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking providers such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience with employee engagement survey platforms such as Gallup or Great Place to Work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module is a strong advantage.
